About Us
We are a welcoming community on a beautiful peninsula on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, Florida. There are 10 buildings totaling 177 condominiums with condominiums facing both the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal waterway. We are beautifully landscaped with over 350 palm trees and lush vegetation with direct access to Sunset Beach.
Not only do we have a scenic walkway surrounding the property that is great for walking, fishing and viewing both bodies of water but we are also conveniently located within walking distance of a number of restaurants and nightlife. We are also close to both the Clearwater and Tampa airports, both within a 35-45 minute drive, and we are only about 90 miles to Orlando’s themes parks.
Our units are privately owned and the property welcomes both a minimum of 7 day rentals and longer term rentals in addition to our units that are owner occupied. The amenities we have include the following :

- Tennis and Pickleball courts
- Ping pong table
- Scenic walkway
- Picnic and grill area
- Sanded volleyball court
- Bicycle distance to restaurants is only two miles
Our facilities are inspired by Spanish architecture style and each building is three stories of condominium units and ground floor parking. Most of our units are 2 BR / 2 Bath and there are a few 1 BR / 1 Bath units. There are a number of rental agencies servicing our property that you can choose from. If you decide to vacation with us then you will find our complex is both friendly and welcoming.
