About Us
We are a welcoming community situated on a picturesque peninsula at Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, Florida. The property features 10 buildings with a total of 177 condominiums, many of which offer views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Our grounds are beautifully landscaped with over 350 palm trees and lush vegetation, providing direct access to Sunset Beach.
A scenic beach trail winds through the property, perfect for walking, fishing, and enjoying the views of both bodies of water. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and nightlife, and both the Clearwater and Tampa airports are just a 35–45 minute drive away. Orlando’s theme parks are approximately 90 miles from our community.
Our privately owned units accommodate both short-term rentals (minimum 7 days) and longer-term stays, alongside owner-occupied units.

Our facilities are inspired by spanish architecture style and each building is three stories of condominium units and ground floor parking. Most of our units are 2 BR / 2 Bath and there are a few 1 BR / 1 Bath units. There are a number of rental agencies servicing our property that you can choose from. If you decide to vacation with us then you will find our complex is both friendly and welcoming.
